I can actually do some quick flick headshots in this game. The input is quite crisp, and the mouse is accurate, at least on quick graphics cards. It does make for a pretty good shooter, though. If you don't enjoy shooters, be a sneaking hacker, or melee fighter. The handling mods are kinda needed because cars don't drive fun at all without them. Well, at least they allow you to switch "skins", and some mods take on handling and performance. There are some mods that got a kind of vehicle customization, though. If they threw it out before even doing actual work on it, I doubt it'll happen. If they have indeed done work on it, maybe they'll put it in at some point, but I have heard no plans about that. Well, I don't know if it was cut content so much as cut concept.
